Bob and Dale, the congenial hosts of this weekly podcast keep their listeners informed and entertained 52 weeks a year. This two-hour podcast features up to date cigar information mixed in with interviews and some hilarious conversation. Their content is cutting edge but accessible to new/non-smokers because of their easy delivery. This, the longest running cigar podcast has received recognition in the broader podcast community. *full-disclosure: I am regularly interviewed on this podcast
Rob Hemming (El Freako de Fuma), the affable host of this podcast gathers a “council of cretins” about 2-3 times per month to record a jovial, upbeat podcast. This show gives listeners the feeling of smoking with friends. It contains little cigar information but the show’s guests discuss cigars and current topics constantly throughout the show. For pure entertainment, and something to smoke along with, this show is highly recommendable. Listen to Rob’s description of Blowin’ Smoke!
As its name suggests, this podcast is essentially a review show. The five reviewers take turns reviewing cigars and publish one review per day. The reviews take different forms, written, audio and video. Periodically they record a show called ‘Your Questions My Answers’ where they answer inquiries. Each reviewer brings a unique style but their format is consistent and very informative. Their reviews are great for learning about new cigars.
Heather Haddad, President of Fumee Inc. hosts podcasts based on interviews of cigar industry leaders. Fumee has expanded to humorous video podcasts. The video podcasts track the company’s start and operations. These are funny and informative short pieces. Listen to Heather describe her podcasts!
Donny and Tim use their position as employees of a large online U.S. cigar retailer to gain access to cigar manufacturers. They regularly interview them on this podcast and when they are not interviewing, their topics include manufacturer news and cigar tasting.
Chris’s Cigar Alliance Podcast surveys the online cigar community, interviews cigar shop owners, smokers and non-smokers about cigars. He also provides commentary on all topics related to cigar smoking. His regular discussion of what is taking place in the internet cigar community is comprehensive and interesting. Based in Utah, he brings the perspectives of smaller cigar markets to light.
“Doc,” the host, tastes cigars and libations in each episode of this show. He walks through the characteristics of each item in great detail. In addition to reviews, this podcast provides listeners with cigar advice, industry information and perhaps most expertly, information about proper cigar humidification and care. Listen to “Doc’s” description of Stogie Fresh.
This show reviews the weekly activity on the Cigar Live online forum. It is primarily of interest to those who participate on Cigar Live but also contains some general cigar content including reviews and industry news. Listen to the host G8trBone describe the podcast!

INTERACTIVE
This forum is very active and appears to add content faster than any other online cigar forum. They have video content and a podcast. The forum is tightly monitored to ensure that a welcoming atmosphere is maintained. The forum members actively send each other free cigar packages (bombs) and meet up for smoking events.
As the name suggests, this forum caters to female cigar smokers. It is clean, attractive, and full of interesting, knowledgeable, and learning cigar smokers. While the site is designed to be a ‘location’ for women, it is male-friendly. In addition to typical cigar discussion topics, this site will help keep readers current on current events and announcements related to women cigar smoker’s interests.
Specializing in Cuban and Vintage cigars, the International Cigar Club is a forum for all those interested in the finest cigars. Special sections are moderated by Wayne (Min Ron Nee’s Butler) and a cigar museum.
A site which has been around for several years and has evolved into a place for moderate to expert cigar smokers to discuss a wide variety of cigar related topics. The atmosphere is welcoming. It is useful to read the archived threads because much discussion has taken place on many topics.
This site is well established in the online cigar community. It is less tightly moderated than other forums which means that members can say more negative things on the forums. The site is known for facilitating exchanges of cigars in many forms. As you would expect from an established forum, some of the members are highly knowledgeable and like to share what they know.
